Health Tracking & Analytics
Stay on top of health trends before they become emergencies. We track key indicators over time and convert them into simple, actionable insights for the family and the care team.
What we track (based on the client’s needs):
- Vitals and symptoms (e.g., blood pressure, blood sugar logs, oxygen, weight trends)
- Mobility and pain patterns (range of motion, gait changes, fall risk indicators)
- Medication adherence and side effects
- Chronic condition markers and follow-ups (diabetes, hypertension, cardiac risk, etc.)
What you get:
A structured monthly health summary. Early flags when something changes from baseline. Clear “next steps” recommendations (adjust visits, schedule a doctor review, order labs)
Dedicated Care Manager
A single point of accountability for your loved one’s care — so nothing falls through the cracks. Your Dedicated Care Manager coordinates the entire Saibaan experience: scheduling visits, ensuring follow-through on doctor recommendations, maintaining records, and keeping the family updated with clarity and consistency.
What your Care Manager does:
- Onboarding & care setup: collects medical history, routines, and goals to help shape the care plan
- Care coordination: schedules nurse/physio visits and aligns everyone to the same plan
- Medical follow-through: tracks tasks like labs, vaccinations, prescription updates, and referrals
- Family communication: provides structured updates so families (including those abroad) always know what’s happening
- Issue escalation: identifies early warning signs and escalates to the doctor or emergency support when needed
- Continuity & documentation: ensures notes, reports, and outcomes are properly recorded in the system for ongoing decision-making
Why it matters:
Most care breaks down due to missed follow-ups and fragmented communication. A dedicated Care Manager creates continuity — making care more proactive, organized, and dependable.
Attendants (as needed / add-on / custom)
For clients who need daily living support beyond clinical visits.
Attendant support can include:
- Help with daily routines and basic hygiene
- Mobility assistance and safe movement supervision
- Meal and hydration reminders
- Companion support and routine building
Doctor-led oversight to keep care coordinated and clinical decisions consistent. Tele-consults help families stay aligned and ensure small issues are addressed early.
How it works:
Scheduled consults as part of the monthly plan (tier-based). Review of nurse/physio notes and health trends. Medication review and referrals when needed. Clear plan updates shared with the family
Medical Record Management
No more scattered prescriptions, WhatsApp screenshots, or forgotten reports. We organize everything into one structured record so care decisions are faster and safer.
We help manage:
- Past history, diagnoses, and allergies
- Prescriptions and medication lists
- Lab reports and imaging results
- Visit notes from Saibaan care providers and external doctors
Benefits:
Better continuity between providers. Faster escalation in emergencies. Reduced duplication of tests and confusion

Physio visits are designed to maintain strength, mobility, and independence—especially important for fall prevention and quality of life. Physio support includes:
Mobility assessment and fall-risk reduction. Strength, balance, and flexibility plans. Pain management and postural correction. Rehab support after illness or injury
